How do I become a partner?
Please fill out the form at the top of this page and confirm your phone number and email address. After that, you'll need to complete the online registration and submit the necessary legal documents.
How can I check if your services are available in my area?
You can easily check service availability during the registration process. If the service isn't currently available in your area, we'll keep your information and contact you as soon as our services become available in your location.
Why do you charge a commission?
The commission fees we charge aim to ensure fair compensation for our delivery riders who provide services with the best quality and speed. Any remaining funds, if applicable, are used to cover operational costs, improve services, support logistics development, marketing expenses, workforce, and more.
What documents do I need to submit to become a partner?
We'll require you to provide a copy of the following documents for verification:
Valid commercial registration
Tax certificate (if available)
Saudi national ID
Authorized delegation to deal with HungerStation (if available)

What is the estimated time to complete an order delivery?
Delivery time is typically set within 30 minutes of the delivery rider arriving at the restaurant or store location. We always strive to provide fast delivery service to ensure customer satisfaction.
How do I receive customer orders through the app?
We'll provide you with an order receiving device and software to efficiently manage and receive customer orders.
Can I stop receiving orders if my store is busy?
Yes, our partners can temporarily stop receiving orders and update the store's availability status using the dedicated tablet device. You can also indicate when the store is busy, allowing customers to expect longer preparation times for their orders.
How will I receive payments?
You'll receive your first payment 45 days after activating your account, followed by regular payments every two weeks.
What happens once the partnership starts?
Once you become a partner with us, you'll have a dedicated account manager to assist you in managing your business and improving your performance on the platform.
You'll also have access to the HungerStation "Seller Portal", where you'll find all the information and tools you need for a successful partnership with us, including details about platform operations, logistics services, training materials, and the ability to manage your business listings.
